Christmas a time of giving, sharing, forgiving and wadsnot... For me, a time of party, drinking, family and some alone time. Party with colleagues, ex-colleagues, family and relatives.... Drinking with frens, new found friends.... Family, more time spent with family and some alone time to do self reflections.

Through mass text sent on at midnight, one can gather who are those whom you can consider friends and some not.... Oh well... Just looking forward to Phuket....

Been ages since I updated my blog... Things been happening. Spent alot of money.... Well.... I was in hospital ytd as well... i hate it... Phobia man! Anyway... Been spending alot of money on dive gears and here goes (some have been shown b4)

Well, things aint going very well... Personal problems... Sometimes, the peepz we dun like keep pestering us, and the peepz we like ignore us... What in the world is happening man... The world is just wrong these days...

People who dun use their brains are also growing in population and this is getting very bad.... Somebody help me...

Dive was alright. Was not wonderful. Visibility was not as good. Though there was pretty good sun yesterday, visibility was only about 3 metres. I guess that was considered pretty good. Hmmmm, everything look pretty dull and bland, was not as vibrant as when in Malaysia. However, one cant deny the fact that there is actually marine life in Singapore. And pretty vibrant to be exact.

One just have to look alot harder to look for life, however, if luck permits, den one can see the resident turtle and huge cuttlefish. Yesterday dive started alright, with loads of crabs and actually a pair of small cuttlefishes. They cuttle is damn cool la... I actually did not noe that they give off some form of flourescent thingie when they are provoked. Very cute.... But... somehow, i turned on the wrong mode for the camera and nothing appeared... All I got was a white colour screen... Haha....

Today was alright, it was pretty daunting for me actually cos I was told to lead a leisure diver down.... Hmmm.... I think it was a pretty daunting for me. I was actually shocked cos I was not really prepared, but it is jsut the same as my job i guess, being able to lead a group of guys. But it was more daunting for me cos visibility aint very good, and he actually lost me when we went down initially for the first dive. There were loads of weeds around and he could not descend. So we lost each other for a while and luckily he remember to surface when he loses me... ;)

But I took home something with me... It was my first time seeing a sea snake. It was pretty scary though, but I cannot appear scared right??? Actually I was trying to chase it not knowing if it was venemous. However, the snake carried on and went head into a hole looking for a prey. And suddenly I saw something shot out (fish) and the snake actually glided towards me la... Thank god it went back down to the sea bed... SCARY!!!!

2nd dive was alright, saw more sea snakes and actually saw filefishes and butterfly fish... Nice.... Had to finish dive pretty early cos the leisure diver was low on air... Ya, and when he surfaced, he actually had leg cramps... Haha... Damn scary to me la.... Was like trying to recall when I learnt for rescue diving... Haha.... Ya, but managed to tow him back to the boat, was not a far distance adn current was quite weak... Yupz so that is pretty much it for this weekend dive... Looking forward for more dives....

Hmmm, should I go Sipadan for more dives after my phuket trip??? I wonder....
